LAPD Profiling and MENTAL ILLNESS labeling - Police Scanner Recordings

This is an example of how LAPD is operating throwing labels on people to use them as excuses. In essence, they are directing the arguments into something else.

Oncce they get these labels on you, the Categorize you like cattle, and if they FEEL uncomfortable with you, they STALK and HUNT you for no reason.

However you can here the verbage, that the LABEL is being used as LEVERAGE for an AGENDA. It's POLITICAL!

Example, In order to create a PERFECT society, the MENTALLY ILL should be hearded into concentration camps and away from the Populus.
