Girl in wheelchair gets a magical Halloween surprise

An Oregon-based non-profit is helping a young girl with a terminal illness have a magical Halloween. For over two months, volunteers used insulation foam and other materials to transform the girl's wheelchair into a pink Minnie Mouse costume.
