Air Fryer Prime Rib Roast | BBBE and Carnivore Beef Meal

Can you cook a good beef Prime Rib roast in the airfryer? Yes! My Ninja Grill 5 in 1 is definitely one of the best (and most used!) small appliances I have bought in the last few years!

This was a 4 pound rib roast. I cooked on the air fry option for 20 minutes at 390. Then I turned the heat down to 325 and cooked with the internal probe set to rare. In my opinion it was medium rare which is what I was shooting for. This has been my experience with the few times I have used the internal probe, it seems to over cook so I go to the lowest setting.
