This daredevil motorsport lover and stunt enthusiast has set up a new world record after performing 326 circle wheelies on his ‘non-gear’ scooter. Ankit Bhaskar, 22, performed the jaw-dropping manoeuvre on his lightweight 100 cc scooter in front of a packed audience in just 26 minutes, hence beating the current world record 101.

This 22-year-old stunt biker from Dehradun set up a new world record by doing 326 circle wheelies on his non-geared Honda Dio scooter at the Buddh International Circuit in Noida, following international protocol of records and beating the current world record of 101 wheelies.
His talent and efforts have been recognized by the India Book of Records and an entry will be sent to Limca Book of Records and Guinness World Records. Ankit was on cloud nine and aimed at breaking the record of 100 wheelies. Thanks to the constant encouragement from his friends and family, he managed to cross the 300 mark. His idea is to popularize stunt riding and gain respect for riders!

Ankit has been practicing for the past six months and he managed to achieve his goal in the first attempt. Practice makes perfect! Everyone is proud of Bhaskar as he scripted a new chapter in the history of motorsports in India, setting a record which will definitely help break stereotypes surrounding stunt biking!
