Puerto Rico resident Glendaliz Eliza captures cell phone video of the moment a car is lifted by heavy winds as Hurricane Maria hit the city of Yabucoa on September 20. More than 50 percent of Puerto Rico still remains without power months after Hurricane Maria struck the island, according to the government website.
