Black Smoke Billows From Houston Recycling Center Fire

A large fire at a recycling center in Houston, Texas, caused plumes of black smoke to billow into the air on Tuesday, November 21. According to reports, the fire started just after 1 pm when plant workers didn’t use enough water when destroying cars.
