Slumber by Tom Main

"Slumber". This piece was composed using a Korg Kronos program (see credits). It is mainly using it's associated Karma which I tweaked to create a variable timing pattern. I was attempting to create an inexact feel that you have when you slumber, that place of mystery between awake and sleep. The Kronos also played manually atop the Karma. This is a slow piece, with the other "lines", mainly the melody, being placed in this variable timing environment which, was more of a challenge than I expected. The Kronos, Xtreme and Wavestate work very well in this kind of environment. I hope you find this of interest and enjoy the music. Love, Tom 😊
