Storm Shield Forecast mid-day update 11/15/17

High clouds streaming overhead this morning will once again clear out this afternoon, allowing us to warm significantly. Expect highs in the mid-70s here in the valley with moderate air quality. There are no restrictions but burning is discouraged. The Kern River Valley sees the low 70s with highs in the mid-60s in the south valley.
