Thousands of Irish football fans have flocked to Copenhagen in anticipation of the FIFA World Cup qualifying play-off first leg. And as they awaited the beginning of the game, the fans had set out to sample the delights of the Danish capital looking for creative ways to amuse themselves.

Funny video has emerged from Copenhagen of Irish fans cheering customers of a branch of women's lingerie store Victoria's Secret ahead of their team's first leg World Cup qualifier against Denmark.

According to the filmer, hundreds of Irish fans had gathered outside the Dubliner pub in the Danish capital, turning the area into an unofficial fan zone. Their attention then turned to customers of Victoria’s Secret, in front of the pub.

In the video, one female customer can be seen coming out of the shop and swinging what appear to be a pair of panties, to the delight of the fans.

"Everyone who was involved saw the funny side of it and really enjoyed a great day," the filmer wrote online.

Ireland hosted Denmark for a World Cup Qualifier match on November 13, which ended in zero goals from both teams. They surely have irritated the balls out of each other that night. According to the Irish Sun, the away section at the Parken Stadium held 2,305 members of the Green Army inside the 38,000 capacity stadium.
