County Commissioner's Code Enforcement Nazis Destroy a Working Man's Life!

The Shallows, a family of 7 with one child in a wheelchair, were devastated by Hurricane Ian. They escaped Ian in their family camping bus and brought whatever they could and salvaged what little they could from their residence, which was destroyed.

Then they also raised their shrimp boat which had sunk. They bought property in Charlotte County and were living the best they could and getting by just fine. The “elites” in Charlotte County Government were not happy with their living arrangements on their own property, so they sent their “Strike Force” to destroy the shrimp boat and trailer and dump it in the land fill.
Code enforcers, backed by the Sheriff, also took the Shallow’s bus which contained all their earthly belongings. This is why our framers gave little authority to the government to mess with private property. Code enforcement tyranny has been growing for the last decade or so, and is at a ridiculously unconstitutional stage.

Contact Charlotte County and let them know what you think. Just in case the Shallows have not retained an attorney, please share with any of the bigger law firms. Please, be polite unlike the way the Commissioners and bureaucrats treated the Shallows.
