Fort Myers attorney investigation closed

The Fort Myers city attorney will return to work this month, as the city has closed an investigation into his behavior. The city says their investigation into Grant Alley found no evidence of unlawful, or unethical behavior. Alley took a leave of absence in August, following allegations he was acting aggressively towards colleagues. The city now plan to enlist managerial trainers. Council member Gaile Anthony will serve as liaison to the city attorney's office.
