According to the American Kennel Club, Chihuahuas are intelligent and enthusiastic dogs who have huge personalities. Because they love to rule their realm, Chihuahuas often need to be taught what is acceptable in human kingdoms. Natsu is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.
