This is the sickening moment a 27-year-old man was left needing hospital treatment after being knocked unconscious -- with a SINGLE punch.
CCTV footage shows by-passers rush to the aid of the man who lay motionless on the ground after falling and hitting his head.
Moments before, the victim had become involved in a row with the unknown thug at around 4.15am on September 2 in Market Street, Chorley, Lancs.
