Fesenjoon Persian Stew Recipe - International Cuisines
You got to try this sweet and sour delicious recipe called Fesenjoon is a northern Iranian stew originally made with duck, commonly made with chicken but today we are making it with beef hope you enjoy it.
ingredients
3 pound beef brisket (1.3 kg)
2 medium onions
3 TBSP veg oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 - 2 tsp salt
3 cups walnuts (crushed)
3 TBSP saffron water
1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
3 TBSP sugar
1 liter water
simmer for 45 min and serve with rice
