Michael Beineson has been long on EV's for a better part of a decade. Since 2012, he has driven a combined 200,000 electric miles on his Tesla Model S, BMW i3, Nissan Leaf's and has committed his life to green energy. As an early adopter, he has had the privilege of being one of the first people Tesla's Powerwall 2.0 and has since enhanced his entire home to support a respectable size solar set-up. He now generates the equivalent of nearly $100 of electricity per month and calculates a pay off period for his solar system of about 7 years. His experience with hisTesla has also been great, but recently he has lost some patience. He details his review of what's like to live with a solar house and Powerwalls, as well as an electric lifestyle after 2 years.
