Motorists faced clouds of smoke blocking their view as bush fire burnt near a freeway in Rancho Cucamonga, California, on Tuesday, October 23. This video shared by Trevor Jenkins on Twitter as he travelled north through Rancho Cucamonga showed the smoke forming a large cloud across Interstate 15 at the junction with Interstate 210. Parts of both roads were temporarily closed while firefighters tackled the blaze, according to KTLA5. The fire burned across about 15 acres, according to the Fontana Herald News. The temporary road closures caused severe disruption for motorists, the newspaper reported. The state of California has suffered a series of intense wildfires throughout 2017.
