Strawberry and raspberry jello yogurt mousse are a great light, high protein low carb snacks or desserts, perfect for summer. I made 2 versions, one with non fat yogurt and one with full fat. Full fat jello mousse is much better, it is definitely creamier. Strawberry sauce goes great with it. You can top it with homemade whipped cream (recipe: https://youtu.be/wXUFLXFcACs)

Ingredients
- 1 cup of full fat or non fat yogurt
- 1 packet of jello of your choice (I used sugar free strawberry and raspberry - 8.5g/0.3oz)
- 1 cup of boiling water

Strawberry sauce:
- 1 lb of fresh strawberries
- 2 tbs of sugar
