Israel agrees to four-hour pause in Gaza, White House says

According to the White House, Israel has agreed to four-hour daily pauses in Gaza. This will allow civilians to flee the area. President Biden told reporters that there was "no possibility" of a formal cease-fire at the moment. According to National Security Council spokesman John Kirby, the daily humanitarian pause would be announced at least three hours in advance.
