Full Redemption (5) : By His Stripes We Were Healed

As true believers in Jesus, we do not merely have a positive religion – we have a Powerful Faith. Real faith can receive and walk in what Jesus paid for. One of the things Jesus paid for that our faith can receive is Healing for our physical bodies. Hallelujah! We have experienced this blessing for many years to the glory of God. The Bible says that "the rod" and "stripes" are part of the punishment due sin and foolishness. Jesus took our punishment for sin and foolishness when He subjected Himself to the Roman scourge, receiving stripes on His physical body. He did it on our behalf, thereby purchasing Healing for us all . .
