Rainstorms Hit Southern Norway

Heavy rain brought severe flooding to southern Norway on Sunday, October 22, forcing the closure of a highway. The 50-mile E18 motorway, which connects the towns of Arendal and Kragero, was shut off. Authorities issued weather warnings in the Agder, Telemark and Vestfold regions, The Local reported.
