Ultra-Orthodox Jewish protesters rallied in Bnei Brak on Monday, October 16, to protest over the arrests of two Jewish religious school students who ignored an order to sign up for the Israel Defense Forces. This video shows the protesters chanting and singing as they gather on Rabbi Akiva Street at the corner of Ze’ev Jabotinsky Road. After about two minutes, a police motorbike can be seen in the road. Police officers gather at the junction while the protesters sit down opposite them in a row and continue to sing. The protests was the latest in a series of demonstrations by ultra-Orthodox protesters over compulsory military conscription in Israel, according to the Times of Israel.
