Firefighting helicopters siphoned water from an Oakville, California, vineyard reservoir on October 13, to combat wildfires burning in the area. Helicopters were reportedly making laps and drawing water from reservoirs across the valley. Winds were gusting up to 45 mph on Saturday, making an already difficult job for firefighters even more so. Officials said at least 35 people have been killed since the fires started on October 8. The fires have already scorched more than 220,000 acres. Thousands of people have been evacuated, and entire neighborhoods burned to the ground. Credit: Instagram/acrenapavalley via Storyful
