CCTV footage has emerged of professional teenagers robbing people in the streets of Karachi.

A group of teenagers has been caught on camera robbing six people at the same place and similar time across two days in September in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, Pakistan.

In the video, the robbers appear to be well-trained, taking items from their owners before quickly disappearing on a scooter.

"The robbers were too quick that the resident and his friends did not understand what to do but to hand over their valuables to the robbers." explained the owner of the CCTV footage.

The footage comes from a hidden CCTV installed by a local resident for his "own safety and for the safety of my car which is often parked outside my home."

He explained to Newsflare: "The robbers are professional and they do it all the time. This gang was terrorizing this area and they were doing lots of robberies/mobile snatching every day until they got caught on my CCTV camera and it was given to the police as an evidence of their crime."

The incidents took place on September 21 and 22.
