Four lion cubs explored their sanctuary for the first time at Werribee Open Range Zoo in Werribee South, Victoria, as shown in footage published on Wednesday, October 11. The zoo on October 3 released footage of the health assessment of two female and two male cubs, who, they said, were all in perfect health. The cubs were in a special nesting den from the time they were born to mother Nilo on August 12, the zoo said. They will join the pride when they are between six and eight weeks old, as part of a zoo effort to replicate what would happen in the wild. Credit: YouTube/Zoos Victoria via Storyful
