Treacherous roads and uncrossable rivers where bridges have been washed away are isolating Puerto Ricans in some of the most impoverished rural areas. And for patients that need medical attention, help is hard to find. Jane Lanhee Lee reports.

      The PR people had serious problems due to neglect and corruption prior to the hurricane and severe storms, the American services, Military, Red Cross, etc are doing everything possible but the PR people don't want to help themselves, they want everything done for them. They have to pitch in and try helping themselves too.
