The Fire Alarm Congressman Gets Off Easy

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (NY-16th) pleads guilty to misdemeanor charges after pulling a fire alarm in order to delay a vote, charges that will be withdrawn if he writes a letter of apology and pays a $1,000 fine
