When Stephen Paddock checked into the 32nd-floor suite at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino last Thursday, nothing appeared unusual. Until he shattered two windows of his suite, one in the front and one on the corner, and opened fired into the crowd at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival some 400 yards away from his hotel, ultimately killing 58 and injuring hundreds.

Footage has emerged of the 32-135 suite in Mandalay Bay hotel from where the 64-year-old retiree and poker player, opened fire on October 1. The amateur footage was shot in January 2016 by a man named Jeff Bridges who was visiting the city, showing layout of the suite and the location of the festival through the window.

Even though the footage is meant for bragging purposes, since Bridges says in the video that the 32-135 suite was given to his family as an upgrade, the eeriness of the event is still somewhat present.

An LVPD update states that Paddock had 23 guns inside the suite, as well as hammers, Assistant Sheriff Todd Fasulo said, as well as 19 more in his Paddock’s home. The arsenal "was pretty well hidden".

At least 59 people died and 527 were injured in what was the deadliest mass shooting in the US since 1949.
