One of the things I used to like to do when I had more time was drive by the ocean at night with the windows down. It was so liberating and relaxing. This melody and soft rhythmic beat of the tides bring about this combination of calm and tranquility that is great for our meditative practices.

What are some activities you used to do that do the same for you?

STEPS:
1 - Imaging driving or being a passenger along for the ride. Look up and you see the soft twinkle of stars gazing back at you. Look to your left/right and you see the dark shimmering ocean and the waves moving in an unhurried pace toward the shore. The wind caressing your hair and face and you with nothing to worry about or do except Relax and Let Go. Focus on breathing...
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
