If your community doesn’t care much about parking regulations and the police won’t do anything about it, one way to solve a parking dispute is to make sure your nephew gets to lift as many tractor tires as he likes!

Strongman known as "The Tulk", short for The Turkish Hulk, steps in to move neighbor's Vauxhall Corsa that was blocking driveway with his bare hands. Why? Because they were blocking his aunt’s driveway.

The 23-year-old Hakan Acar from Luton, UK, got his nickname due to his strength but he got a surprise workout last week on September 24. He claims his aunt Abi Mustafa was involved in a month-long row with her neighbor after she left her car in front of their house - on a public road.

The woman was forced to ring her super-sized nephew when she discovered her neighbors had parked across her driveway - apparently for revenge. When the neighbors refused to budge the vehicle, The Tulk intervened. He grabs the front bumper of the Corsa, lifts the front and pushed the car away from the driveway.

"I'm quite a calm person - I'm not an angry person at all but hearing the way he spoke to my auntie just upset me a bit. To be honest I didn't go over with the intention of actually pushing the car in the first place. I just wanted to see how heavy it was but then I realized I could move it.” said The Tulk.

Not much of a tow operator, a bit of self-taught and immensely gifted, but Hakan's urban heart of a hero deserves him an honorary tow-operator manager's place, don't you agree?

When on the annoying topic of badly parked cars, do take a look at this next video where a skillful tow operator frees car from unfortunate parking position.

A motorist drove from one parking lot to another, somehow missing the fact that there was a steep decline separating the two. To make things even clearer, low concrete barriers were placed along the edge of the decline to prevent mishaps such as this. But sometimes, even the obvious escapes us and a small driver error can have big consequences. The motorist managed to get the SUV over the concrete curb and the front end dropped far below the level of the back end. The curb became lodged against the undercarriage of the vehicle and the back end pivoted up so that the rear wheels were barely in contact with the pavement. The wheels could not get traction and the curb held the SUV in position, tilted forward with the front bumper almost on the ground. There was no choice but to call for a rescue from the tow truck service.

You can see that the tow operator is facing a unique and unusual situation. He walked around the vehicle and assessed the matter thoroughly. He decided that the vehicle could not be pulled in either direction without making more damage to the underside of the vehicle. Like solving an elaborate puzzle, he decided that the only way out was up. And when the man says up it is up we go! He lifted the back end of the vehicle higher in the air to allow him access to the concrete block. Despite the serious weight of the concrete barrier, and the awkward position under the vehicle, he managed to find his way underneath the elevated SUV and drag the block out of his way.
