A drone video captured by Eloy Perez on September 29 shows the San Juan, Puerto Rico, neighborhood of Ocean Park flooded days after Hurricane Maria struck the Island. Perez described the neighborhood as a “ghost town covered in sewage water.” The US Federal Highway Administration announced the Island would receive $40 million to help rebuild roads, bridges, and damage areas related to mudslides and flooding across the commonwealth, according to local reports.
