PALOMA
Paloma is the hotel’s brand-new restaurant and bar where modern comfort foods get a fresh cantina twist, providing familiar and popular local options with an imaginative south-of-the-border flare. Instead of a traditional egg's benedict breakfast, diners will be presented with Paloma’s Barbacoa Benedict; brisket, poached eggs, adobo hollandaise, grilled sourdough and sazon breakfast potatoes. Paloma patrons will be delighted by the high-quality food within a casual, laid-back setting. The restaurant also features a full bar with an extensive and innovative cocktail program, as well as a wide beer and wine selection.

THE SWIM CLUB
Providing a totally new, one-of-a-kind experience in Pigeon Forge, The Swim Club offers an upscale venue for guests to embrace the fun and soak in the mountain sun. Throughout the day the lively pool deck will thrum to the beat of The Wayback’s signature playlist while grown-up guests sip on specialty cocktails from the only vintage Airstream Bar in Pigeon Forge. And when a delicious bite is desired, The Swim Club’s tacos, salsas, ceviche and tostones are perfect for poolside consumption. For the ultra-exclusive experience, patrons can reserve one of four private poolside cabanas with 55” TVs, DEDON luxury loungers and personal drink service.

When the sun goes down and the stars come out, The Swim Club transforms into an adults-only playground offering a mingle-and-mix environment for guests 18 and older. Seasonal programming and special events make The Swim Club the trendiest nightlife spot in town and THE place to be seen in Pigeon Forge.
