TRIAL COUNTDOWN: Charlie Adelson pt. 5 | The Divorce Files #justicefordanmarkel

Welcome back to Trial Countdown: Charlie Adelson, a series focusing on Charlie's October 2023 trial for the murder of his ex brother-in-law, FSU Law Professor Dan Markel. In Part 5, I revisit a number of the pleadings from Dan and Wendi Adelson's divorce file. The Court recently held that divorce pleadings that demonstrate a motive on the part of Charlie Adelson, or more broadly the Adelson family, relating to the conspiracy may be used in Charlie's upcoming trial. I focus on aspects of the pleadings that, IN MY OPINION, may be used by the State to demonstrate such motive.
