The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is looking for input

The initiative provides funding to increase the competitiveness of specialty crops including fruits, vegetables, nuts, and more. Last year's grant awards focused on enhancing and expanding markets, and also went toward farm sustainability, pest management, and other concerns for producers.
