The Reds have announced plans to extend safety netting to the end of the dugouts for the 2018 season following the gruesome injury to a child at Yankee Stadium this week. Thursday's announcement came after  a 4-year-old girl was hit in the face by a 105-mph foul ball by former Red Todd Frazier Wednesday afternoon.
