Look, it's no surprise that trash food tastes good. Pizza hot pockets may be the pinnacle of trash foods, but let's take away the inflammatory garbage and see if we can make this fit into a carnivore diet

RECIPE

3 Oz Pepperoni, Finely Diced
2 Oz Low Moisture Mozzarella, Finely Diced
8 Oz Cooked Ground Chicken, Crumbled
4 Oz Low Moisture Mozzarella, Shredded
1 Oz Pork Rinds
2 Eggs (1 for coating crust)

1) In a blender, add in your shredded mozzarella, pork rinds, ground chicken, and 1 egg. Blend on low for a couple of minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. This should create a tacky dough-like substance.
2) Grab a piece of parchment paper and grease it down. Take about 1/4 of your dough mixture and flatten it out into a rectangle.
3) In a bowl, mix your pepperoni and diced mozzarella and place about 1/2 of that mixture onto the center of one of your dough rectangles.
4) Make another dough rectangle on another sheet of parchment the same way. Place this on top of your topping filled rectangle and press in around the filling. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut excess dough within 1/4 inch of the toppings.
5) Grab your last egg and beat it in a bowl. Coat your top layer of dough with this. Stab a couple of vent holes in the top.
6) Place this into an oven at 350°F or 175°C for 15-17 minutes OR until golden brown. Serve boiling lava hot.
