A 7.1 magnitude earthquake shook Mexico City on September 19, forcing people outside onto the street away from shaking buildings. TV producer Ricardo Ramos was in Belmondo restaurant in the Colonia Roma district of the city on a location scout when he captured this footage of lighting fixtures swaying from side to side and cutlery falling onto the ground, before posting it on Instagram.
