Rumble Hurricane Jose stirred up the surf and triggered some street flooding along the Jersey Shore on Tuesday, September 19. The storm was credited with flooding in Ocean City and also generated beach erosion, a news report said. A fishing pier in Belmar that was damaged during Hurricane Sandy was again damaged on Tuesday, a news report said. Hurricane Jose was expected to move up along the northeast coast through Wednesday.
