Detroit man stabs suspect who broke into his home

A Detroit woman stabbed one of two men who broke into her home overnight with a gun. It happened at the corner of Bentler and Schoolcraft on the city's west side. Every home on the street is abandoned except one, where Denise Law as in bed with her partner, Dave. She said someone broke through her window just before 4:30 a.m. and the masked man and Dave got into a fight that carried throughout the house. "I didn't hear anymore then I heard the guy go 'Where is she? Where'd she go, where she at?' while I was hiding in the closet," Law said. While the man was letting in a second intruder, Denise called 911 from the closet, where she crawled with two injured legs.
