2007 Otis Gen2 Traction Elevators at Club Wyndham Ocean Boulevard Tower 1 (N Myrtle Beach, SC)

These are the infamous Otis elevators at Tower 1, known for being broken down and constantly unreliable. I've seen a couple of videos of these and I've ridden the other 3 Tower's elevators, and I was preparing them for a possible shot at the Top 5 Worst Elevators of 2023. And here's what happened...

Wait, these didn't suck this time around???

Yeah, I got an uninterrupted ride on one cab and these didn't run terrible. Now these made some sketchy noises, but I was surprised to the cab I got not run too bad. I still think 2 Elevators for 16 floors is a horrible idea, but these seem to run fine... for now...
