OK here’s how the story goes short version
Motley Crue were on tour with Ozzy on the Bark at the Moon tour 1984.
Ozzy says the entire tour was Drugs and Alcohol.
They start a contest to see who can be the most Gross.
One night on the tour while drinking and doing Cocaine, late that night they pull into a hotel in Florida. Ozzy sees a popsicle stick on the ground with a trail on and heading to it. To win the contest he gets down on the ground and snorts the trail of ants.

Next to try and win he pees on the floor, and licks it up. Nikki Sixx pees on the floor and starts to get down to lick his up when Ozzy pushes him out of the way and licks his up.
Sixx said from then on they knew that wherever they were there was always someone sicker and more gross than they were.
