Westwood is drawing residents from pricier neighborhoods -- and winning them over

WCPO's Bob Driehaus explains why many millennial buyers are turning to Cincinnati's Westwood neighborhood. Over the last five years, the median sale price for a single-family home there has nearly doubled to $91,750 in 2017 to date, compared to $46,100 in 2013, according to Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati.
