Crowds gathered at Adelaide’s parliament house to voice their support for same-sex marriage on Saturday, September 16. According to the Adelaide Advertiser thousands attended the rally, which also included a march to Victoria Square. A postal survey asking whether same-sex couples should be allowed to marry will be mailed to 16 million Australian voters through September 25, after the High Court ruled on September 7 that the government’s $122 million plebiscite was lawful. The results of the survey will be available on November 15. Credit: Facebook/Ashley Jade Bambrick via Storyful
