Multiple streets in Penang, Malaysia, were filled with floodwaters on September 15 after an overnight downpour. This footage shows locals maneuvering cars and scooters along one of the city’s flooded highways, near the Penang State Mosque. According to reports from New Straits Times and The Star Online, the flooding caused traffic to come to a standstill and triggered a landslide in Paya Terubong.
