A man living in Plum Grove, Texas, and forced to evacuate from tropical storm Harvey managed to record the moment he returned home to view the storm’s damage, and a tearful reunion with his animals that survived. Lester Morrow shared the video on September 3, showing both his joy and anguish at the farmyard animals that had survived, and those that had not. In the video, a pig can be seen happily wading into the remaining flood water to greet its owners, while some horses stand by a remaining hay bale. A couple of dead animals can be seen in the background of the video, as well as a frightened goat and an injured donkey. Morrow’s video had 10,522 views at time of writing, and he has set up a Go Fund Me page to help him rebuild housing for the animals and buy feed and hay. Credit: YouTube/lestersplace via Storyful
