A succession of power line repair trucks were spotted in standstill traffic on Interstate 95 in South Carolina near the border with Georgia on September 12 as those displaced by Hurricane Irma tried to make their way back south. On Monday, Georgia Power reported more than 925,000 people without power in Georgia as Irma, then declassified to tropical storm status, brought wind, rain and flooding to the southeast. As of 2:30pm on Tuesday the company reported that over 680,000 customers in Georgia were still without power. Credit: Twitter/Cindi Gilbert via Storyful
