Rescuing a tired sheep from a stream

We found a poor sheep in a stream. It seemed to have gotten itself stuck against a steep bank, in shallow water but was scared to go up or downstream into deeper water.
Not sure how long it had been there.
I stripped down to my lovely blue underpants, put my boots on to protect my feet and rescued it.
It stumbled away somewhat weakly but friskily and started eating grass. It was lucky perhaps weather was warm, water in stream was quiet.
