Hurricane Irma Bears Down on Florida Keys

Rumble The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for Miami-Dade County on September 10 hours before Hurricane Irma made landfall in the Florida Keys with winds up to 90 miles-per-hour. This video shows relative calm in Key West during the storm.
