Kadyrov spoke out in defense of Palestine

Kadyrov spoke out in defense of Palestine and declared his readiness to send Chechen peacekeepers to Gaza. According to him, this war could result “into something bigger”, unlike other conflicts in the world.

“I call to stop both the war and any form of escalation of the situation. If necessary, our units are ready to act as peacekeeping forces to restore order. <...> We support Palestine. And we are against this war, which, unlike other conflicts, can develop into something more,” the head of Chechnya wrote in his Telegram channel.

The military conflict between Palestine and Israel began on October 7. The Hamas group launches rocket attacks on Israel, and clashes occur in the streets. Earlier, the country's Foreign Ministry reported that Palestinian militants attacked the mosque of Ramzan Kadyrov's father Akhmat.
