The Dan Markel Case: State's Amended Motion in Limine re: WIRETAPS - LAWYER EXPLAINS

Today I go over the State's Amended Motion in Limine re: Wiretaps, in advance of the pre-trial Motion Hearing taking place on Monday, Oct. 9. In this Motion, the State is seeking a ruling from the Court on the admissibility of the wiretap calls listed in the motion. There are a number of new wiretaps included in the motion, and I go over them here!

As always, Charlie Adelson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
