Two men in trucks helped pull a fire engine out of the floodwater in Port Arthur, Texas, on Friday, September 1. Keith Daley, who live streamed the rescue on Facebook, said it wasn’t the first engine he’s seen stuck because of Tropical Storm Harvey. He also said the area has a grassy median and is difficult to navigate, especially when flooded. Daley said he’s been out rescuing people since the storm first hit the city, stating that his truck’s giant wheels enabled him to rescue people. He’s been live streaming his experiences on Facebook and giving updates on flooded areas. Credit: Facebook/Keith Daley via Storyful
